The process for raising private equity is to firstly provide advice on the preparation of Business Plans/Information Memoranda and financials to ensure they are “investment ready”. The next step is to discuss the most effective way to present proposals then source appropriate investors on the clients behalf. Thirdly accompany the clients to meetings with investors and facilitate the discussion then Review any offer made, re-negotiating if appropriate. Finally assist the client in the provision of any information to ensure the funding is raised and deal drawn down.
A further service is to advise on any ongoing monitoring of the clients facility by the investor and continue working with the business on a consultancy basis or as a none executive director if the clients wish.
The minimum deal size is £500,000 with no upper limit.
